Purpose of the Physical Meeting

• Review Field Trial 1
• Preparation Mid Term Review (MTR), documents to be forwarded 19th of June
• Status technical development
• Preparation for Field Trial 2

Materials and Costs 

arranged and paid by the individual participants

• travel to/from BUD airport 
• transfer from BUD airport to the hotel (offical taxi or shuttle bus)
• hotel booking and payment (see airbnb or booking.com)
• local public transport (schedule, map and tickets on Budapest Go app on Google Play or App Store)
• meals and catering other than during the meeting within working hours
• dinners (due to local tax regulations)

arranged and paid by the Hungarian organiser (IC, BZN)

• conference facilities
• coffee break, lunch during the meetings within working hours
